I wrote down a whole phone dialogue in advance with salutations and phrases to say. It took me 40 minutes to actually have enough courage to press the call-button but no one took off...
And it was just a phone call to make up an appointed date for a technician to repair my window.
Tomorrow i will have to do the same again...
