I just installed LB too today and I had some problem. if you downloaded same torrent that I did, you should have .exe called "(NoCD Patch) AlphaROM 3.x .000生成型汎用 rev2". I was able to start LB by using it. I have no idea is there any other way to do that.

You are confusing the issue. 110v is dangerous as well.

Wiring overheats when there's too much current running through wire of a given thickness. Because 220v circuits draw less current than 110v circuits, there is less heat total.
