While it seems less likely that Kasen is an oni now that Seiga has been introduced as a second proper hermit, oni usually do have rather tiny horns. "Antlered" oni like Suika tend to be pretty big (if nothing else, because statues of antlered oni tend to have actual deer antlers rather than sculpted ones), but horned oni with huge horns like Yuugi are exceptional.

People figured she was an oni before the series even started. Early in the story she hinted pretty obviously towards it. Chapter 9 was a pretty blatant "hey readers i'm a fucking oni if you didn't guess by now".

It isn't confirmed confirmed, but if anything, people will be flipping shits if it's somehow confirmed she ISN'T an oni. That's how obvious it is.
