Well there are always workarounds with these genies. There's the obvious "wishing for more wishes", but even if that's not allowed I don't see why you can't qualify your wish further. Are compound wishes kosher? To be the little girl forever is a combination of being a little girl and having eternal youth, both of which could be expressed as a single separate wish. Of course pretty much every wish is a compound, e.g a billion dollars is a billion-long string of one dollar wishes and so forth, but it would feel a bit silly to be able to just link together every wish you can come up when a single wish is permitted.
