I brush maybe once a week, but sometimes it takes me longer. Floss maybe once a month. I normally just use mouth wash if i'm going out for something besides groceries. Never had any problems with my teeth and they actually look very normal. I used to be a lot better about them, brushing them every day when I used to go to school, but those days are long over.
