Actually, that was in the Pixiv's first page days ago, so I guess it counts as a japanese depiction of a bird, most probably japanese as well.

We don''t get OELVNs, that goes in to the new board moot mentioned perhaps, seeing as how he mentioned that's where he said KS is going.

I don't know where its going though, if its the esports board then I can't see KS fitting there.

A General "what" board?

I'm somewhat tired of seeing these people on /jp/ screaming about how Moot wouldn't magically fix things that aren't much of a problem. Its really sickening

a General board. What depends on the subject at hand. I guess /jp/ isn't familiar with the concept? Katawa Shoujo Generals are what you are dealing with now. Theres Generals for LoL, Fighting Games, Starcraft, Tribes, and whatever the fuck else is popular at the time. Their purpose is to not spam a board with 10 threads on the same topic. They are good in theory, as you can ignore the subjects you don't care about, but have a tendency to turn to cancer with tripfags, circlejerks, and just being unfriendly to users unfamiliar with that specific General thread. It's kind of like smaller versions of /jp/, now that I think about it.
