It's called the disgustingly fat as HELL guitar player scale. He starts wanking in A flat Major, then transposes (shifts) the same note pattern up and down. With a slight difference after 0:33.

As for the scale you can import this quick MIDI I did into Guitar Pro and look it up yourself. I'm bad with the names of scales.
