Use a cookie editor, and copy all your login cookies from ehentai.org, then change them to exhentai.org. I had to do that since the "clear cache, then log into ehentai first" stuff that everyone parrots doesn't work for me, either.

That said, they can eat a bag of dicks for their policies. I don't want to host their content for them, nor do I want to play some shitty browser game. Apparently they ban people using scripts to automate downloading of doujins, too. Every script I've ever found says not to use it for more than 10-30 images in an hour or you'll get banned. Only reason I even use the site is because there's a lot of English translations of doujin that get released there and nowhere else.
