I do care. I was part of thread that started this translation effort and I will be really proud of /jp/ the day this finally gets released.(And I do believe it will eventually happen.)

People have been clamoring for a new PM game on English for years now.

The only reason I haven't done it regularly each week is because it started looking kind of weird being the only one doing it.

the job description is allready translated (even if there is a slight off trans between 'charisma' and 'beuty') and a bit of confusion (strength and constituion)
the problems begins whan suddenly the girl asks for something which i don't have any idea what it is, and than gain stress because i didn't know she wanted to go to the fashion building that day. the problem starts whan during adventure after boss battle i gain oppurtinity to go to a new area and choose not to and that question never arise again (the side route battle at the forest) I'm talking about events in the journal and i can never tell if today there will be a concert or 'all you can eat' contest or comiket (don't give me that look) it's annoying not to know what clubs i get my daughter signed up to (load save this entire week? with all the other events already happened?) there are many things that just aren't the same not translated.

I love this game so, so much.
PM2 is a classic.
But all in all, PM5 may very well be the best Princess Maker game as of yet.

I loved/love PM3, and its a great game, and with a great setting. It has no fantasy/adventures though, which is its major flaws.

PM4 traded gameplay elements for a new art direction and VN-ish design. But what's left of the actual game is sadly incredibly lackluster when compared to the other games.

PM5 have sort of taken parts of the best elements of each game. One can argue how good they blended it all together, but I say its without doubt a great Princess Maker game.

i don't really know about the ways to get the endings, so it might be possible for her to be a meelee weapon profeciant (on her first adventure she went with a baseball club) without her ending with an m-16.

as for your other question: for nudeness in pm2 you needed cheats, and since i don't know any cheats for pm5, the only fappable art is some of the endings and few vacations.
