Actually OP, most people who are into Elder Scrolls lore feel that Nerevar was most likely a male imperial. Similarly, did you know that the Champion of Cyrodill was probably a male breton because Sheoggorath in Skyrim makes references to Shivering Isles content in his unique quest which directly reference he is the heir to the original? And as you know, the original is really the Daedra of Order and was made Sheoggorath as punishment for being to powerful, but in the end of Shivering Isles the PC because the new daedra and frees Jiggax or whatever.

That just means that Sheogorath in Skyrim was the Oblivion PC, it has nothing to do with being a Breton.
