In that case, it has to be Super Marisa World. It's almost as good as the real SMW, and it has Touhous. I had a blast.
Mystical Chain has fucking awesome boss battles, specially Mokou&Kaguya and Remilia&Flandre.
Concealed the Conclusion was a great clone.
As a huge Solstice fan, Maristice feels great, but I keep postponing it because it's obviously very hard.
There are more I like, but those come to mind right now.

Definitely The Genius of Sappheiros. The sprites are amazing, the music is pretty good, the combat is fun enough for an RPG and I simply love that growth system, where you can just change your build whenever you feel like. Also, it uses elements from the Touhou series like power points, lives and bombs pretty well.

Its spiritual successor, Devil of Decline, is pretty good too, but I don't feel it's as good as GoS. I'm still enjoying it a lot, though.

I play it with a friend of mine, we have lots os fun, neither of us have the original copy so we can't play it online, but whatever, we like the game and we love the sountrack.
We both think Revolve more intresting and smoother than Vanilla 1.06.
