I bought some sweets tonight, but on my way home I threw the half-eaten bag into a bush because it isn't healthy.

I'm considering going back to dig it out of the snow.

I find that it's best to take all things in moderation. Especially moderation itself.

I used to eat sweets instead of lunch since they're cheap here.
After six months I developed hypoglycemia. I got better, but now my head hurts if I eat even a small sweet.
Eat nothing but sweets and you'll be guaranteed to get thinner!

>> No.8437268

Fuck it, I'm going out to get them.

This version is a lot more awesome honestly.

>>8437232
If you're strong enough to throw away a bag of candy you're strong enough to wait until you're home to open it.

Best thing to do if you think you're going to eat it all in one sitting is to open it and take out a serving size. Then, put the rest as far away from you, or where you're going to be, as possible. Like if you can leave it on another floor, or ontop of something you need to use a boost to reach, that's the best. Because then you'll always weigh in the effort of getting it.

But honestly, the most exciting time of day has flanally come.

Bleh, hypoglycemia is awful. I get really bad headaches and sweaty and can't hardly walk when I get it. If you're not diabetic, make sure to always carry a bit of bread or something else like that with you! (We diabetics have it easier, just candy or pop can fix a low blood sugar.)

>> No.8437296

>>8437286
Yeah, I had to carry bread with me all the time.
The weird part is, I supposedly don't have it nowadays, I can eat lots of sugar and check my level and I'm ok. But I'll get headaches by eating sugar.

don't waste food and at least have the decency to throw plastic in a suitable disposal container.

well, throw trash. i assumed it was plastic. either way there's no reason you couldn't have waited.
