IQ of 130 on what scale? There are several scales of testing intelligence, so that's one counter to the argument presented.

Also, conforming to social norms doesn't necessarily mean they're smart, it just means they're good at doing what they're expected of them.

Here's the thing with that argument: those people are doing things they hate and are most likely fucking people they don't care about. If someone is truly intelligent or enlightened, social norms don't mean a damn thing because being happy is more important than being socially acceptable.
