In my early teens my group of friends were four people. Three of us were pretty close friends (as close as you get at that age) and the fourth was this fat kid who just tried really hard all the time to make us like him. The other two didn't mind it much as he was a rich spoiled child but I didn't like him because when he tried to be funny it was mostly jokes about my figure (I was and am small).

So anyway over the years my autismberger's kicked in and I didn't do much with any of them. The rare time we did something outside of school was paintball or airsoft on the weekends with a couple of other kids from the region.
Anyways during one of those sessions I kept hitting the fat guy and he kept denying it. I fancied myself a pretty good shot and rightfully so if I dare say so myself so it was pretty frustrating. In one of the breaks while we were eating and drinking and such he kept talking shit about me for no real reason. I got really mad and started screaming at him and imitating him being a fat liar and I guess I must have looked pretty pathetic, as everyone was just laughing at me. As I realized that I fought to hold back me tears, packed up my shit and just went home.

I still cringe when I think about this at night.

I used to be part of debate club. Any time there was a tournament I would always try to place bets against my team since I thought this was the best idea ever. If we win, we win, and if we lose, at least I'll get some extra cash, right? After one tournament we lost and tempers were running high for everyone but me, since I earned like 20 bucks in bets against ourselves. I never took the debates that seriously anyway but that night about a dozen different people laid into me about how awful and pathetic I was for betting against my 'friends' and how I had cost them the match and just wanted the money etc etc

I never really gave a shit about the team, but jesus christ did that night feel awful. I was pretty much a shut-in for the rest of high school after that.

In my final year of school I joined the drama club to fight my social anxiety. Surely spending a lot of time with the club and having to act on stage in front of a lot of people would 'cure' it, right? Well no, not at all. But that's not really the embarassing part.
Anyway rehearsal was 2-4 hours every week for 5 months and a final week-long trip together with rehearsal pretty much 12 hours each day. Basically, you spent a lot of time with these people.
Well turns out nobody but me really gave a fuck. I met one of the younger girls of the club after my graduation working at the local liquor store in addition to school. So I went up to the counter with my usual shit I buy there and go for a sort of personal-casual greeting. She replied with her normal 'another customer' greeting and started scanning my shit.
I just stood there awkwardly as I realized she didn't recognize me while I was shifting frightened through the store before thinking about what I'd say when she asks me what I do for a living now.
Now that I think about it it doesn't sound all that embarassing, but I felt really, really stupid.

In my country, on the next-to-last year of grade school, the kids with the best grades get chosen to carry three flags on the school ceremonies for Independence Day and so. Three flags and two or three "escorts" per flag, I don't remember exactly, amounting to 9 or 12 places.
I had perfect grades, you literally couldn't have had better grades than me. It doesn't mean much, as I'm talking about grade school, but that's beside the point. The thing is, on that year I transferred to a public school, due to grown-up problems. And in that school, the motherfuckers left the honorary positions to voting. I was a new kid, so I got the last place with what must have been around 0 votes. I had always considered the flag thing to be kind of pointless, but I was overcome with the sheer retardation of the whole matter. The second thing I remember is being on the verge of tears in front of the class in PE. I knew I was worthless when playing team sports. That didn't matter to me, I never liked sports anyways. But time and time and time and time again I was made to play soccer. Why, in the name of all things worthy, was I (and many kids bad at ball sports around the world) made to play that awful sport, when I knew I was worthless at it, the class knew, and the teachers knew? "Hey, yeah, maybe this time he won't be chosen last, like every single time during the previous 5 years, you know!"... was the teacher thinking something like that, I wonder? Again, it wasn't a personal feeling of alienation, but the sheer retardation of the whole system that pissed me off.

I think it's fairly obvious to pick up on. When I was 15, I had a girlfriend. She had been struggling with manic depression before we dated and I knew this, as we actually met at the psychiatrists office waiting room (myself being treated for Bipolar disorder and generally being a prick to my mother). Eventually, things dwindled down between myself and this girl mostly due to the distance involved, neither of us having car's or licenses at the time. I broke off the relationship in... what Id say is not the most well thought out way. I sent her a letter and refused to pick-up her calls. 6 days later, I was called by her Mother and told that she had committed suicide and was informed of her calling hours. I was so ashamed of myself I couldn't even make myself attend her calling hours or funeral. That was the start of my crushing fear of any committed relationships. To this day, I can't talk to women I actually like out of fear that I will destroy their lives someway, despite the fact that I'm not particularly unattractive or bad at being a "charming" person.
