I promptly spoofed a new mac address, generated a new IP, and reposted the thread as I was in mid-discussion with someone.

a couple months ago back when people were spamming which 2hu threads and artificial academy was also about to come out I got banned for making a thread asking "which 2hu would you play artificial academy with?" even though I was doing it as a joke and my second post had actual information about the game.

Oddly enough the one time I deserved to be banned took the longest to get. I really had to stick my neck out there for it.

The rest of my bans have been for bullshit like complaining about moderation, racism, lazy threadbans, "CP" of a fully clothed loli, replying to x, which touhou, etc etc.

The only ban I've had was for linking to /bun/ when someone asked. Never mind the many other times I've been a stupid person and would've deserved one.

Also self-banned a few times, sadly they never last.

I got banned for that like a few weeks ago. How is that a bannable offense? I was not even contributing by posting any cp and I saged the thread and I was not even replying to the OP. I looked in the rules and it does not say that I can not replay inside a cp thread. That should not have been a reason to ban me

There was a shitstorm years ago when the mods first put this policy in effect. I never heard of anyone getting banned for it before so I always assumed they caved in and withdrew that policy.
