I'm not sure why that would develop her lats so much, though. Theoretically if her armor was truly heavy, her erector spinae, lower back, and core would receive the brunt of the development, wouldn't it? If she was depicted like in >8355661, then it would be hardly case. Then again, possibly most/all heroines in VN were somehow flat, but i guess it wouldn't be too good even if developer intended to give more "meat" on them, since F/SN characters design just doesn't allow it to look at least somehow good anyway, in my opinion.

A full set of armor can weigh like 80 pounds. You will tire very fast just standing, if you are even able to do that.

On the other hand, a proper long sword weighs about 2 pounds. Get a wooden trainer sword instead.

You'd likely hurt yourself if you went into a full suit of armor both untrained in armor and untrained physically. In order to build a physique like that you'd be better off doing heavy compound barbell exercises, such as deadlifts, power cleans, rows, squats, and presses.
