Letty and Lily can never practically meet because they exist as seasonal manifestations and, if Letty is any indication, they forget most of what that happened to them in the last year. You can't have two seasons at once, though there may be a buffer period where both appear at the same time due to the formal change of seasons.

Yuyuko is the mistress of Hakugyokurou, which is probably as close to paradise as possible. From a company standpoint, Sikieiki probably has closer ties to the people who work in Hell since it's rare for a pure spirit, or one that has reached the end of its journey, to arrive at Higan. Komachi is either at work or sleeping or both simultaneously, usually on the corporeal-side of the Sanzu.
And we all know what Youmu has to do. It's amazing she has any free time.

Not the immortals, no. Kaguya and Mokou (and, popularly, Eirin) can regenerate from complete physical destruction. The Hourai Elixir makes their souls impossible to be destroyed or transmigrate. They may even be incapable of approaching or crossing the Sanzu River.

Going on a rampage would invoke the wrath of the Hakurei shrine maiden. And this is bad for two reasons:

1. The Hakurei women are born with innate hax powers that are Super Effective against non-humans.

2. Killing the Hakurei shrine maiden would cause Gensokyo to divide itself by zero.

So it would be a battle against an opponent who you can't afford to actually defeat. Unless you're capable of crossing the boundary into the outside world, i.e. if your name is Yukari Yakumo.
