Since /a/ wasn't able to help i figure i'll ask here
I found this touhou art. and Im looking for the artist. someone told me to go to soundonline and look for Tsukasa and his Album Artist, i got to kei-garou.net.
but I still cannot find this picture so im thinking it may be the wrong artist.
tl;dr I need to find the artist who did this picture
