I only need an inhaler. I was put on Gabapentin for feeling like my head was moving on its own but didn't want to take the Gabapentin (had an increasing dosage, seemed a bit scary to me) and eventually the moving stopped on its own anyway.

For me, that was the only drug that helped me. I went from 13+ hours of sleep to around 9. Before taking it, opening the window seemed too much of a chore, and after, I could go out and do... things. It stopped my hellish ruminations too.
Give it some time. A month would be fair.

Was on Prozac and Xanax but I quit taking the Prozac because it did nothing except make me too tired do anything. I take the Xanax occasionally to help me sleep or if I'm feeling really stressed.

Prozac but it stopped working. Now I'm on citalopram but I don't think it's going to be much different. SSRIs have killed my sex drive too, so masturbation now feels more like a chore than anything.
