It's actually a relatively simple calculation. Let's begin with some estimations.
Sanae's height: 5' 6"
Uterus's size of body per volume: 1%
Sanae's average circumference: 25"

Given an average circumference, we can calculate her average radius. C/(2*pi) = 4 inch
With the radius, we can now find the total height. pi*r^2*h = 50.24*360 = 18086 cu. in
Now we can estimate her uterus to be about 180.86 cu. in. = 296,000 ml
Given the density of semen, we can now calculate the weight of semen that Sanae can hold to be about 296,000 g.

Sanae can hold 296 kg or 651 lbs of semen. Amazing work sanae.

that's about 0'1 dm^3
Semen weight is 0.95 kg/liter
