Houzuki route is a must play after finishing the original game. Play the heroine routes for the girls you liked.

Just read what you feel like at the moment, they're mostly really different, and you should be able to tell that much from vndb.
Wanko is the worst of them.
Well, Monmusu Quest doesn't look much better, but I didn't finish it myself, and at least it doesn't pretend to be anything more than a fetish nukige.

I really liked the story progression of MonMusu in the second chapter that was released last week, though.
No surprising plot twists or anything, but it did the expected better than.. well, expected.

Play YU-NO, SnK, and S;G before you even consider the rest of the shit on that list, you fucking peasant.

Play:
- YU-NO (incredible game) (remember when we played actual adventure games instead of those anime picture books we get noawadays?)
- Sharin no Kuni (good story, characters, drama, and suprinsingly smartly written)
- Steins;Gate (nothing special, still a very fun story)

Maybe:
- Kara no Shoujo (style over substance, pretty good until you realise you're reading a generic boring serial killer story wrapped up in a nice package)
- Monmusu Quest (nice for a doujin game, but don't expect something special)
- Shikkoku no Sharnoth (style over substance, but at least it's original)
- The Maiden Rape Assault - Violent Semen Inferno (shitty nukige but it's only one hour long and the story is, err, well)

Avoid:
- Wanko to Kurasou (it's a nukige trying to be more than a nukige, and it manages to fail at everything in the proceed)
