I used to think ENS was the shit until I actually heard other groups. This album seems somewhat promising, their recent previous albums (C79 & C80) were dreadful. The entire album except for one song is composed of Ten Desires remixes.

Alstroemeria Records is still "unconfirmed" and there is currently no word on Halozy, Syrufit, or Pizuya's Cell (some groups I'm personally looking forward to).

I don't know about Cytokine. A lot of these groups don't say a word until 2 days or so before the event though.

There are some games I'm looking foward on this C81. 2 are Touhou fanmade games and the other one is the Seacat fighter expansion.

But that doesn't mean I will not play the other games that may come out in this Comiket.
Also, all the doujins of the series that happend last season may or may now show up this time, so I'm getting ready for those.

I was searching all over for Shibayan Records during C80. I fucking blew up when I couldn't find out if they released anything or participated in the event.

Though I was depressed, I picked up ムソウマテリアライズ off random like a month ago. I don't know when it got released but someone said it was a C80 album. Haven't stopped listening to it yet. Not all vocaloid songs are shit, it depends on the talent of the person using the software. That being said there are a lot of people trying to use it with no talent and a lot of shitty songs but once you get away from the shitty songs and the weaboo part of the fanbase there are genuinely good songs, just some people see the obnoxious part of the fanbase (weaboos) and think its all shit. Every fanbase has a shit side to it, touhou has secondaries, vocaloid has weaboos, etc. Well, I won't lie, some fanbases such as MLP are 100% shit, no good side to them.

The first time I heard this song, I thought it was a mess. I came back for the vocals and listened to it some more, and then only I realized what elegance lies in its composition. Ayakura's voice is breath taking and so pure- paired with the heavy electronic background you get a gorgeous dichotomy of innocence and hard beats- beautiful.

Well, maybe we're looking at it the wrong way. I can make a couple more guesses. They don't really make much sense, but if their Portuguese is half as good as their English...

I can at least translate the portuguese part of the track list from "À procura de felicidade", though. The album title means "Searching for Happiness", by the way. It belongs to bossa nova, a very popular music style in Brazil stemming from medium-high class residences in/around Rio de Janeiro mostly around the 50s. Garota de Ipanema is its most well known song. Vinícius de Moraes is a famous lyricist, Tom Jobim is a famous musician and João Gilberto is a famous vocalist. These are a very well known "bossa nova trio". The style is also called Samba Jazz, a mix of the Brazilian traditional Samba (Samba is a style that comes from the black slaves, lots of percussion, kinda like Reggae but not really) and the American Jazz, Bossa Nova is a way to accept the foreign influences without ignoring the Brazilian roots. It's spelled as bossanova there for some reason, but they're actually two separate words.
