Cirno probably.
She seems like she would be a fun and cute daughter.
I mean, her theme is called "Beloved Tomboyish Daughter" after all. We would have all sorts of fun adventures, a la Yotsuba.

My other thought was Suika, but she doesn't seem daughterly enough for me. Even though she looks young, she is rather rowdy and can drink you under a table.
