What did he ever really do that was attractive?
I admit that I don't really remember all too much, but I mostly just remember him losing his mind and attacking all the girls in between weak and anemic at which points he was sort of pushy and with a below average patience, being all moody and everything if something riled him up.

He did stick with Arcueid until the end in her route, that might have been called brave, or stupid, and in either case she might have been able to admire that considering that because none else did she was alone.

If I were a girl, I'm sure he'd save me.

Really? Now that I think about it, they might have been left in the dark alot concerning his darker persona, but I am still not really sure what would make them think he would stick with them until the end and or save them. Satsuki believed that, but was also naiive. Arcueid might have been able to believe that after he passed the point of no return.
But otherwise?

He seemed to be like 25% concerned, 25% purely apathetic, and 50% "Shut up I don't have the energy to be bothered by you" and or random assaults.
