I personally find this information pretty nice, since it means Seiga and Yoshika have been together for a very long time. Yuki Onnas are from ancient Japan. So yes. If this is true, she might actually be the legendary yuki onna bride, which means she already had children.

However, Letty is supposed to be the incarnation of Winter, which is a very old concept. She might actually be Skadi!

As for zombies, most of the lore points that undead will stay in fairly stable conditions provided they can satisfy their hunger, whatever it might be.

Hopping corpses are a sort of vampires after all, so presumably she stays fresh by gorging herself. Although when it comes to her particular sort of vampire, "fresh" is rather subjective. Supposedly they both look and smell like moldy cheese.

Although when it comes to preserving dead bodies, the ancient Chinese were experts. Unlike most, Chinese mummies are not cured but immersed in a mercury solution - even when exposed they stay soft and rather fresh for centuries as the mummies themselves are rendered antiseptic.
Although to be fair, the ancient Chinese probably didn't understand nor intend this themselves. They just loved their mercury.
