Help, I'm being thrown a going away little get together at work in 30 minutes. I don't think I can do it, I'm shaking really badly and breathing hard I haven't had to be the center of attention for a crowd of people since I fucked up and thought I could do sing language. I think I'm just not going to show up and leave.
