/jp/ how do you manage your tabs? I have 45 open and it's bothering me, but sometimes I have more than this.

For what you need 45 tabs ?????

How do you browse with only one eye? Do you move all your shit to one side of the screen?

>> No.8168809

1 tab open to page 1 of /jp/
separate tab for each thread I'm following

If I have too many open, I'll close any threads that haven't gotten a new post in a long time

meant page 0

One tab for /jp/, one tab for /g/, one empty tab "just in case". I flick backwards and forwards through history to check threads. This is why I don't get 4chan extensions; your browser already has all the facilities you need.

I do not generally hold open more than 3, ~5 when i'm switching in between places, and no more unless searching for something with a lot of linking. Being able to close inactive tabs is one skill i'm proud of.

I don't know, they all seem pretty useful to me. Besides, there's stuff in there I haven't read yet. If I bookmark it, I'll never read it.

There are a few logical tab groups, those are from when I was researching a topic.

What I hate about /jp/ is how a thread is never truly dead before it gets pruned or deleted. It happens all the fucking time, I'm enjoying a thread, and suddenly people stop posting completely, and then 12 hours later someone bumps the thread and it becomes active again, and I'd miss out on all the pleasantries if I had just deleted it when it first died.

Anyway, the way this relates to this discussion is that I can't even close the tab when I think a thread is dead, which is really frustrating.
