ACTUALLY I was considering adding a banner version of this but I decided against it. and yes I know it could be more efficient but I'm not good with javascript and even if I was I can't think of a way you could combine all those URLs. You can always edit it yourself, I don't care what you do with the script. It wasn't really mine to begin with anyway.

by the way, if you can throw together a good morning banner real quick I'll add it to the script.

The random chance on this script makes the scripts towards the middle more likely to be picked. thats why the banners that were near the beginning almost never show. I need to find a better system.

Hi, that one autism gif anon here. So I'm currently making a Kyouko gif/banner, and was wondering if the Japanese is right (I am using Touhouwiki's script for it but lolmoon mirite?). Anyway, the plan is to animate the mini kyoukos but I'm saving that part for last, which is why this is just an unfinished still. Input would be good; if I make it a banner the yellow text will probably stay (assuming it's correct).

Much cleaner. Also it's not important, but you should look into querySelectors. They use the same backend as CSS selectors to find a matching class/ID/whatever. Doesn't really matter here though since you know it's the first image in the array.

I was definitely too optimistic about this. Futaba/Futallaby is a clusterfuck, and Yotsuba just makes it worse. If you're interested and want the imgboard.php, it should be on /prog/ somewhere. If the Pastebins are dead, I can upload it somewhere for you.

It was originally this, for a flanfly thread. It was also done in the most brutish way possible, imo, because at the time I didn't want to go through every frame of the flash individually and do what you suggested. Someone suggested I make it into a banner, so I pretty much just rushed through it since I wanted sleep. I saw the filesize and wanted to go back and fix it someday (as well as the dithering).

The Kyouko and Reset banners are a lot better as far as optimization goes, and I could probably redo the entire flanfly gif as well now that I have the time to do it.
