Shiki is not a hero in any sense of the word.

Getting artifacts of future heroes is a bitch.

Very few people even fucking know about the kid with the death eyes straight from the hoary mists of legend.

There was too little time between his awakening as a killer and F/SN for anyone to prepare for it anyway.
