What's 2chan.net aka Futaba Channel like?

Right now I know that you can't post on there if you don't have a japan IP address (wikipedia says so). That image names are many digits and have digits that go from 0-f instead of 0-9. But mostly I just know that there's a whole lot of moonspeak there and I have no idea what's going on on that site.

Does anyone here browse 2chan on a regular basis? What kind of awesome stuff is there? What kind of person is 名無し? Enlighten those of us that can't understand the runes.

Only so much? Most of it is software. The cameras are getting a lot better (mine is only 2 megapixels, but there are some with 5 megapixels these days), and the 3G service is lightning fast so any streaming content (like TV, internet, online games, etc) is lightning fast.

My phone that can do just about anything cost me... NOTHING. Just a $20 charge to transfer from my old phone. It's what happens when you sign up for a service plan. It's like an iPhone except it doesn't cost $400. Oh, and Micro SD cards are only about $8 a gig these days, so a couple 2 or 4 gig cards and I've got more storage than an iPhone too, not that I would need it.
