I'm fairly sure the average age on IRC is above 20, and it's not filled with "scrubby" people.
Most of the good players here already go to IRC (or are from there rather than being 4channers) so the average level is slightly higher than here. The top people from both EU and US are there too, if you're up for challence.

GGs, Icekin. Looks like you've gotten better. I suggest a little more wisp rushing when I'm on the opposite side of the screen. The 6C grazes from start to finish and allows you to rush them down safely if they decide to fire projectiles at you. A cover of 5C or 2C wisps is great for locking your opponent down so you can charge at them. It also leaves them open if they try to graze through the wisps. Yuyuko may be projectile based, but she has one hell of a melee game.

I still can't figure out if the lack of responsiveness is due to delay or if its the keyboard. I never seem to have this problem with my 360 controller (which is pretty ass for fighting games, what I wouldn't give for a Saturn pad)

Kinda frustrating trying to do something so simple as AAA and all that comes out is a slap to the face (In retrospect, bitch slapping instead of comboing is pretty funny in it's own right)

Remember that counters can be baited and punished. Try using a Guard Hangeki on a Reimu who can react in time with Omnidirectional Demon Binding Circle, and you'll eat 3500+ damage.
