Imagine her creating a 4000Km radius gap in the depths of the ocean (10000m) that redirects the water to a conic space, the cone earring is about 10 if we threat is a linear function and the heigh of the cone is 300km.
It fills with water AND have the ocean still over it's 4000Km radius top pushing, the cone is parallel with gravity force so it's 100%, and the tip of the cone is 5mm diameter.

Now imagine Yukario wormholing the tip and a small stream of water comes out, the first thing that would happen is an explosion due to friction with the air, but fuck it and imagine that she removes any substance in the path of the stream.

Now imagine she cutting a cake with it.

If we speculate like that Yukari could give enough momentum to one of her turds that she could nuke Gensokyo witi it gravity-free portals and removing anything that produces friction in between them and the trajectory of the constantly falling turd.

If you mean a frictionless environment falling through a portal and thus an infinite loop, the second it hits an atmosphere (exits the loop), it would disintegrate instantly. Granted it would be spread out very finely which would more or less create a massive fart.
