Word to the wise, girlfriend mode is slower paced, if you don't want to get tired of the game and drop it within a week you should just play it half an hour every day, go slowly and enjoy the cruise.
If you try to power complete it like you probably did the first dating segment it'll seem shit, it's supposed to be a relaxing breather in your day, not a "proper" game to complete.

Is anyone else having issues with the girls voices? It doesn't seem like a bug but more like a toggle, their mouths will stop moving and their scenes have no more sound. I first thought the game ran out of lines but I reloaded it and the voices came back, until suddenly they stopped again. I don't think I'm pressing anything weird, what could be causing this? It's extremely annoying restarting this game cause it punishes you and I don't want to go to dates or hear a confession with no sound.

Always wanted to try this game, though I had to delete most of the games in the SD card because it's only 512MB, I think it will worth it.

In order to run the game I needed to download the latest R4DS firmware (1.18 I think), then it worked perfectly.

BTW, it is just me, or you need a bed or a table to play??? holding my DS Lite like a book and using the stylus is suffering...

Well I'm just basing it on what I heard, because I searched around the net whenever I got there because I planned to do the same thing, and I heard some people complaining the screen like melted away.

You can leave it in sleep mode (close the lid while its on) while in love+ mode though and if you set an alarm that's pretty good.

Watch that if you're having trouble with the touching parts. If the line turns blue stop immediately and find another part to touch, make sure it starts pink/red before rubbing, green means you're going to the wrong area (keep the stylus held down but go back to a red line area), yellow means you're doing really well and gives you a ton of hearts.

Supercard is the best company these days but that card is old, there is the supercard 2 which has a built in cpu (in the card), can play gba games and has a bunch of new features. None the less the supercard 1 (ds and dsi versions) are fine but I'm worried about that site. See, there is no such thing as genuine r4 cards made these days. All r4 cards for like the past 3 years have been fakes so a site that says they only sell legit versions of r4 cards is a bit troublesome. Actually, now that I see the site it is full of fakes, don't order from them. gba temp had a good list of sites that sell flash cards.

Anyone know how I can somehow make my DS play audio through my computer?

I was thinking of plugging a cable from the DS headphone jack into the line-in jack, but I don't want to go find the appropriate cable if it isn't going to work. I want to hear my girlfriend talk through the privacy of my headphones, but I don't want to constantly keep switching between being plugged into the computer and being plugged into the DS.

I can play the game without problems with an old 3 year old R4 card. But I had to update it with the last firmware to make LovePlus work. I would try to get some cheap R4 cards in eBay or something like that.

Anyway, I don't suggest at all going through the trouble of getting an old R4 card just to play this game. It will become even more troublesome *playing it* after all.
It's not like "hardcore grinding" as in some hardcore JRPG like Disgaea or whatever (that's the only example it comes to my mind now).

Anyway to get save files from other people? I got Nene and Rinko on my legit copy of Love Plus, but only got Manaka on the English translation version.
