That's it all done, folks. The only thing stopping it from being 1.0 seems to be a few small bugs here and there that can be seen here: https://sites.google.com/site/loveplustrans/downloads

In any case, if you were waiting for it to be fully translated for you to play, then now's the time to give it a try.

Hopefully they don't just drop it. There were quite a few grammar issues with certain scripts in 0.8, and I doubt they fixed all of them.

Fuck yeah. Thanks.

Why is romhacking community so much better than the VN translation one?

乙!

Because there's less drama?

As far as I know at least.

That's probably because there wasn't a team for this one. It was just one translator and some on-and-off editors. I don't think there was an editor that stayed on for the entire project.

Apparently you're not familiar with Gideon Zhi.

Wherever there's a big translation effort going on, drama is never too far away. Especially if that translation effort is heavily publicized/anticipated.

Example:
Magnius's Pokemon Soul Silver Translation

One guy doing all of the work, but it was obvious from the start that he was doing it for the fame and not for the community. Even more laughable was the fact that his releases were riddled with translation errors because his Japanese is pretty shitty. In the end he threw a huge tantrum and closed the project.

Why would you translate a game that has a 100% certainty of getting official release?

>> No.8073718

>>8073707
Because the ROM hacking scene becomes stupid regarding Pokemon.

A reasonable question - many people asked it in his translation thread and he would always get pretty pissed, never giving them a straight answer.

Again, it was almost painfully obvious that he was doing it for the glory and self-gratification.

Hooray!

Going straight for slutty lewd Nene.

I heartily recommend her teasing personality. If only she could switch sooner.

Does it work 100% @ 100% speed on an emulator (given a decent cpu)?

>> No.8073816

>>8073787
I'll keep that in mind.

>> No.8073841

It seems to work on NO&GBA, but I still want my DS back ;_;

Scratch that. The voices don't work, it repeats each sample like 5 times, even when the music works well.
Fuck, I want my DS.
