Zakzak reports that doujinshi was found in the Akiba killer’s room, and according to his colleagues, he likes to sing “lolicon anime songs” and proclaimed that he only likes 2D girls, specially Tohou girls. The Akiba killer had also previously said that he likes Akihabara and had showed his colleagues around the area to places such as maid cafes.

There they are. Like deer grazing while the predator waits for the right moment. I search my pockets for something. There it is. Just the right size. One clean cut is all I need. My glasses, they're getting in the way. I can't get a clear view like that, so I quickly pull them off.

My head aches. The world goes red before my eyes. Red and warm. A familiar scent fills my nostrils. All these people who I never even met before. Who had their own lives, their dreams, their loves. Ended in a flash. With a simple, yet skillfull clean cut.
