If you have a yandere, would having sex with her calm her down and reassure her that you love her?

If so wouldn't you be able to "tame" a yandere into a normal person by frequent love making?

>> No.7972164

Yandere is a mental condition, those can be pacified but can not be weeded out. Besides, you're really talking a razor's edge here, you don't even have to make a mistake for her to suddenly become obsessed with the thought that you are straying from her and only her.

>> No.7972170

Fictional mental condition, I might add.

>> No.7972175

Not neccesarily.

I can see that happening, I've seen people do and say weird things because of that. What I mean is the possessive sort, the ones that run off anyone else in your life regardless of their relation, and of course the classic example that kill you and do any one of a million things with your remains

>> No.7972204

No, you'd only make it worse.

>> No.7972209

It really depends on the yandere. Some yanderes can appear perfectly socially adjusted and only show her yan side when there's a genuine threat to your relationship with her. Others are exceptionally resistant to getting tamed. You might let her have sex with you, hoping it will calm her down and make her easier to deal with, only to wake up the next morning to hear her talking about your wedding plans, since she thinks having sex together means that you've promised to stay together for the rest of your lives.

>> No.7972248

You probably couldn't sex a yandere enough for her to be content. You'd probably just encourage her.

>> No.7972265

I think if it's a yandere then withholding sex might work better.

In fact positive/negative reinforcement using sex might work well enough. Simply fuck her on days she acts nice and don't on days she doesn't.

Mingled well with the neighbors? That got you horny.

Stabbed somebody? Blood's a turnoff for you so you can't get it up.

You can't really reassure a yandere I'd say. They usually have a reason for being insane, intense obsession and paranoia of losing said obsession being them usually. You can teach them what you like and what you dislike though.

>> No.7972267

I wonder how life would be like with a yandere.
It's not like I interact with other women anyway.
I wonder if she could ge tjealous of vidya characters.

You just have shitty tastes. If anything, it's boring if everything can just reach a perfect equilibrium where everyone are happy and there's not a concern in the world.

But since you bring up tsundere, I think the main thing you're concerned about is stagnation. Too often these characters are allowed to go through the whole storyline without anything getting settling. Most prevalent example of this is when they use the exact same "oh look the tsundere got embarrassed and responded by turning physically violent" throughout the whole story, either never getting to her softer side, or never committing to it once they get to it. But this is an example of shitty writing, not a fault of the archetypes.

Not so fictional, sadly. The only girlfriend I'd ever had, the girl I lost my virginity to - tried to stab me AND another girl because we were talking in our highschool cafeteria.

Apparently she'd thought I was cheating on her for a long time with this girl. She was arrested, got put in a locked school for a couple weeks and was given a restraining order.

Honestly I miss her. Pure devotion is... amazing (until it tries to stab you).

To be fair, her stabbing me was somewhat accidental. I tried to stop her from stabbing the other girl. She didn't really "stab" me so much as give me a good cut across the arm, never actually got the other girl since I was holding on to her at that point.

Took a good twenty minutes of holding her while blood poured out of my arm before she'd stand down, other girl'd ran off in that time. Finally managed to convince her we'd never done anything but talk, so she starts laughing at herself for overreacting - right about the time the police show up.

So here I am, blood pouring out of my arm, soaking the front of her clothes and there's a knife in her hand while she's sitting there giggling. You can imagine what a wonderful picture that was.

That's interesting, usually people just say that it's not appealing in 3D at all.

Though it's not like this proves 3D is worthwhile. But I wouldn't mind if an extremely devoted 3D girl tried proving herself to me. Well, I'm a Romantic, so longing and unresolved tension is more exciting to me than the idea of a healthy, stable relationship.

I've dealt with a passive aggressive yandere. I once got pissed at her and walked away. She then retaliated by self harming herself and rallying al of her friends and relatives against me. I've got a phone call by her father telling me that her daughter was in a hospital and asking what the hell I did to her. Of course nothing of what she did to herself was life-threatening in any way, she just did it to punish me. And it worked pretty well...

This is the usual /jp/ delusion, people believe a girl is stalking them just because they happen to walk the same way home from school, and it takes nothing much more for a bored lonely person to keep warping and attaching things to it until its some terrifying story of maniacal obsession over themselves.

You know what obsessive yandere is? Its the otaku delusion that they will be able to get a girl and all that good stuff just for them with out any courting or effort on their own part.

>> No.7972571

>>7972563
If that was true then the "childhood friend whom you've promised to marry when you were a kid and pops out of from nowhere suddenly acting as if she was your girlfriend and promised wife" would work a lot better.

the waitress could be all wide eyed and manic when she talks to you, and she would come by your table every 30 seconds to check on you and refill your coffee and shit. look closely and you will notice her staring at you from across the room or stalking you on the way to the bathroom. when you ask for your check so you can leave her she panics, throws hot coffee in your eyes and stabs everyone else at your table with a fork

It should be a couple's cafe.
As in you bring your girlfriend there.

You can have the maid spill boiling coffee on your girlfriend, screw up her order, give her mean glares and not even talk to her or finish taking her order, and then attack her when you guys are leaving.
She will also give you the Yandere stare when you first walk in
>"W-Who is she...?"
>"You'd never bring another girl to our cafe, right?"

Maybe have her molest you in the bathroom too.

But then again
>girlfriend
Maybe a fake girlfriend will be part of the cafe and one will be provided for you.
And then have them fight for your amusement.

Why do some people feel such a need to associate other people's taste in 2D girls with personal character flaws? It kinda pisses me off. Sure, one of the appeals of a yandere is the idea of a girl who loves you so deeply that you don't even have to actively romance her. And what exactly is wrong with having that fantasy? The only thing that could possibly be problematic about it is that you can't expect it to happen in real life, but no one is fucking asking for that. The whole argument is based on the assumption that our tastes are ultimately something we wish we could get out of real life, which is false. I get the feeling that >>7972563 is some smug normalfag who thinks there's something noble and refined about liking realistic girls. Or some butthurt femanon who doesn't like that we yearn for things the 3D world can't offer.

Besides that, generalizing archetypes should be a crime in itself. There are hundreds of ways to do a yandere character, and dozens of appeals to draw upon. The aggressiveness appeal is just one of them. You could just as easily create a yandere character who is completely passive, since passiveness can be developed into dependence, which gives her a good reason to fear anything that might threaten your relationship.

No, I fantasize about things all the time, I do however avoid making up stories as if those fantasies were real, because people are supposed to grow out of that when they're 16, and I mean the lying part, if you make stories meant as stories, then that's just fine

restraining orders for familial issues are not as
common as what restraining orders were meant for.

the purpose of a restraining order is to prevent
a person from doing something. Plus restraining
orders are simple and temporary, as it takes time
to process cases, there is a more permanent solution.

please stop using law terms if you dont fully
understand their meaning and purpose. it is unsightly

In a manner of speaking, the element fluorine is the ultimate avatar of yandere-dom — elemental fluorine is one of the most difficult chemicals in the world to handle properly because it reacts quickly and violently to almost everything except some metals — it will happily consume even the most invisible quantities of water and eat straight through glass as hydrofluoric acid. (Incredibly, certain fluorine compounds — hydrofluoric acid and chlorine trifluoride in particular — are even nastier than the element itself.) As a result, it will bond to almost any other element and absolutely will not let go without some serious chemical prodding... which is why your dentist wants you to use it for stronger teeth. (It also bonded with a good number of 19th century chemists trying to isolate it, who are now remembered as the "Fluorine Martyrs".) In other words, fluorine's yandereness is what makes it ideal for creating nonreactive substances like Teflon and non-polluting refrigerants, as well as a number of oddball uses in medical chemistry. That roll of Teflon sealing tape in your toolbox? Nearly 80% fluorine by weight... and, chemically, possibly the single safest thing in your house.
