I haven't gotten a haircut in atleast four months. My hair has become long enough that I can twirl it in my fingers, and I normally do that. Since my hair is thick and curly this leads to twisted tufts of hair sticking randomly out of my head. Even if I haven't been twisting my hair and I try to flatten it, I often end up with single tufts of hair standing defiantely.

For these reasons, I find it easiest to go out while wearing a baseball cap or beanie. I'm actually looking forward to the cooler weather so a beanie won't seem so out of place.
