Sort of a stepping stone into it.

Learn the basics of being aware of your body for posing, making and fixing costumes, and getting used to getting attention.

Being into cosplay probably helps. I remember even explaining the mask-making process on /cgl/ was met with "Oh, so it's just that" because they're all used to making armor and accessories and shit. Costume knowledge aside, wig know-how is definitely a plus. The maintenance for wigs is a bit different than hair, and if you don't do much with your actual hair, it's twice as much to learn.

Another thing that would be useful I think, would be dance. Learning to dance makes you much more aware of all of your body and what it's doing, and your movements will be much more precise and controlled.

Yeah, good hair can really make or break a kig, so I've been doing some studying on wig care. It's still a bit tough because there's a lot of stuff I'm assumed I should know already.

I've been thinking about getting into making kigurumi myself, since I've got most of the materials for it anyway. I've mostly just been making Kamen Rider and Super Sentai helmets up until now. The only issue is that I suck at wigworking and hairing, so I'd only be offering bald kigs. Painted and detailed of course, just no hair. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking like $300-$400 price wise sounds fair.

Kigurumi was posted on pre-split /a/ and not /cgl/. When /a/ was split to form /jp/, moot specifically indicated that /jp/ was to house anything that was previously being posted on /a/ that wasn't anime or manga, and that's why Kigurumi, along with Touhou/VNs, is here.

If you're going to argue that it should be posted on /cgl/ instead of here, I would first ask you to justify why discussion of the Touhou games doesn't belong on /v/ and discussion of the Touhou characters doesn't belong on /c/.

Can someone tell me his opinion or give me an advice about this?

I was searching for someone to recreate this dress shown in the picture, the first i asked was the Studio i ordered a mask from and actually got a respond after some days, but they could not do it for various reasons.

I found a famous tailor in my town that would do it and they guaranteed me that it will look exactly as on the pictures i showed them and the quality would be superb.
But holy shit, the estimated costs are about 1500€ (2/3 will be for the working time and 1/3 for material O.O) !

Now i already spend almost 900€ for a mask, (i hope for low customs and texes) should i go one step further? Such a sum is not peanuts for me.

I have also seen a lot ebay sellers that offer custom made dresses/cosplays but i am sick of this "made in china" quality.

If you're sick of "made in china" quality you're going to have to pay good wages for the place you live. That dress's apron amounts, in labor, to an entirely new dress - you're basically buying two dresses.

€1500 is a bit more than I'd expect but still sounds reasonable. Try a less famous tailor maybe.

Sorry i didn't want to offend someone, but the last time i got something from china did really upset me, I ordered a lolita coat as a present for someone else and a full lenght dress.
The coat was almost okay in quality but the holes for the buttons were too small for the huge buttons which caused them to fall off instantly because they were poorly sewn too.
The dress was worse, the material supposed to be cotton, it was so thin you could see through and it smelled all chemical. well it went to the trash.

Honestly, if you want better results from China (probably for less money than Milanoo, too) - use some of the larger eBay shops. They're good about shipping to Europe, they'll tailor to your measurements, and most of them will take custom orders. They're not great, but they're not garbage; they'll last for casual wear for a year or two at least; and they've never smelled like chemicals to me.

Judging from the pictures, the dress in the two pics you posted is really not that good, material/sewing quality wise. I hope for 1500eur you one with better materials than that (looks like plain cotton) and way better tailoring.
For reference, my custom-tailored wedding dress was about 900 eur, and that's with high-quality silk!

By the way, that's a really cute coat. I have a similiar one from a chinese ebay sweatshop (I assume) that is surprisingly good quality for the money I paid (about 120 eur including the cape). Pic related.

All the other ebay stuff I got was mediocre quality though, but still incredibly cheap.

Don't order anything red from milanoo. They have no idea how to fix that color, so it runs in the wash. Blue and green seems to be ok though.

Vendors in China always skip quality control to keep costs low... Going through a taiwan or jp shop will get you better results since they reject crappy stuff.

I think something needs to be done to try and cull as much drama as possible. I have no idea what could be done though.

The reason I say this is because I come from a competitive video gaming background and those people all get along really well with very little drama. I understand that it's very different because kigurumi is all about the character and how you look, which will lead to drama.

I think this is what's holding it back from much more widespread adoption, well, that and the price.
