I will fire two layers of patterns, and the tangibility of each layer depends on whether you are focused or not.

Of course, the layer active when you're unfocused will be slow and intricate and when you're focused it will be simple but fast.
In fact, it might work the other way round as well.

Still, from the way you described it, it seemed like you were talking about two simultaneous patterns that have bullets that only have active hitboxes based on if you're focused or not, which could potentially be interesting. Yeah, that's what I meant.

That's why I thought of making the focused pattern fast and the unfocused one delicate so each layer is unsuited for the speed you're playing it at and you might have to switch out of desperation.

An alternative along the same idea would be having bullets that move differently when you're focused.
