When I was younger, everynight I used to fall asleep with Sprited Away playing. I'd always wake up to the DVD menu music repeating (which was one of the themes on a short loop). Hearing certain songs actually brings a tear to my eye.

Taking it easy for too long becomes a really bad habit. You get nothing done, then nothing good comes from that and in turn bad things happen so you're forced to either take it easy or do a lot more work to catch up (with whatever it is). It's a vicious cycle.
