Your bone structure is settled, you will always have the same body frame and facial structure you do now, weight fluctuation notwithstanding. I've been wearing panties for 20+ years.

I've had two so epillators, the EpiLady Legend and the Braun Silk-epil Xelle. The Legend, with its curved surface, was better for areas like knees, elbows, and arm pits. The Braun, with its smooth surface, is better for general use on the arms and legs.
