How can a mere marine hope to win against Reisen? Not only does she have the ability to disorient enemies, break radars and other detecting equipment, but she has also gone through professional combat training and is able to use that to her advantage. The only reason you beat her in IN is because she is ordered to confront you face on and in danmaku.
