Oh yeah, if you're looking for Touhou RPG, Genius of Sappheiros (based on lots of RPGs, especially SaGa) is translated.

Other good translated Touhou RPGs are
-Touhou-a-Live (basically Live-a-Live with Touhou characters)
-Touhou Mother (NOT a clone of Mother/Earthbound, but rather an awesome original tale taking place between the two Earthbounds. Highly recommended)
-Touhoumon (pokemon w/ touhous)
-Touhou Pocket Wars EVO+, which given its genre has a surprising interesting VN feel, and one of the only ones from the perspective of a Touhou fan gapped into Gensokyo and gushing over meeting the characters one by one.

Also, Touhou Soccer, famous for awesome cutscenes, is essentially an RPG. For comparison, FFX's Blitzball is similar, as both are based on Captain Tsubasa. Has a surprising amount of story and humor!

I actually liked labyrinth of touhou... I thought the combat switching to back/front lines was a pretty interesting idea... Though Chen was god-tier throughout the entire game.

Was that a unique-ish system, or did they copy that off another game?

For the most part...there are still some untranslated words and stats but it's definitely playable.

There is some Touhou-Zelda clone with Sakuya as the main character, but i don't have the name/youtube trailer for it anymore, THOUGH i should still have the .rar on my other computer. Never got it to work, though. Not even with AppLocale, japanese local settings and the like.

there was this one picture of a toohoo rpg but I don't remember what it was called. the one detail I remember is that tewi was a party member and she had a mallet for a weapon and 7777 hp. I think it might have been an april fool's joke, but I wish I had saved the picture.
