Yes, a few. I met them from /jp/. I tried being friendly with non-/jp/ers, but it doesn't work out because I don't feel comfortable saying i'm a true NEET. If it's a /jp/er then saying you're basically expecting the other person to be a true NEET.

I had "friends" in high school, more than I could count, until I became a NEET and hikikomori. One girl (my self-proclaimed "best friend") called me crying because her dad died and asked if I can come over.

Of course I didn't. About 2 months later, she called me up and blew up on me about how I was an awful friend. I didn't really care.

However, she, of course, bad-mouthed me to all my other "friends" so I got a bad reputation. But I didn't really care about that either.

Anyway, so now, I have some co-workers who try to be my friend, but I don't care. I still lock myself in my room as soon as I get home. My only real friends are the few people I've meet online, who I've known for 4+ years. Oh and someone I met in 3rd grade I guess he's my only real life friend.

I guess I have one, on the Internet. Well, we play video games together a lot, and often discuss other things, so maybe that counts as a friend.
There's also this guy I only see about once a year who's pretty cool, too. We also play video games and discuss things.
