Why don't you simply use those highly specialized body paints that are made to stick and last for a relatively good time on a body?

The colours are potentially brighter/stronger.
Leaves no scars.
You can change your tattoo or get rid of it whenever you want to.

The downsides would be a slightly more frequent maintainance in where you re-paint the thing to make it look as vivid as before. Mind you that you need to do with tattos as well annually, though with this you might need to do it every odd month or so.
I can't think of many more downsiddes to it, other than how "tattoos" are cool and underground or some shit like that wheras "body paints" are faggy and rainbow-like or something in the punlic's general opinion. But I really don't see why one would/should hold those opinions.

This can be solved two ways:

1 - Considering the waifu as an imaginary entity, you may multiply her by her conjugate to make her real. For instance suppose that she is equal to (looks + personality * i), where she to be "realized" in this way, she would become (looks^2+personality^2), at which point the square root should be taken to normalize the her. This will result in some distortion in the appearance.

2 - Consider her as a 2D being that is real. The integral should be taken of her. If she can be modeled as f(x) = looks(dim^2)+personality(dim^1)+story, then she will become looks(dim^3)+personality(dim^2)+story(dim^1)+C. Special care must be given however, because a waifu with a 2D personality will become unstable if raised a dimension. The result may result in yandere and NTR traits.
