Why does a significant portion of the touhou fandom consist of prepubescent girls?

Because their photographer who makes them feel like a model told them about it and showed them enough of it to make them want to cosplay it but not enough for them to realise that people probably touch themselves while looking at their photos.

Half the 'cosplay photographers' I know are /jp/ material.
1/4 are severely autistic.
1/4 are only in it because they're fucking perverted and just want to see how far they can go with an underage attention whore.
