I may be biting the bait, but...

Shirou completely lacks any large-scale attacks. He can't use Broken Phantasms yet like Archer and lacks the mana to power the Noble Phantasms he projects. UBW will give Shirou advantages such the ability to rain down swords, but the activation length of UBW is really short like all Reality Marbles. Nine Lives is worthless against Nero since he's basically immune to physical damage. Avalon only gives Shirou minor regeneration when Saber isn't with him.

Nero has much better attributes than Shirou and is immune to most of his attacks. He also has a ridiculous rate of regeneration. I'm not sure whether Herpe may affect Nero's regeneration or not since his RM makes him heal weirdly. His Soil of Genesis is indestructible for all practical purposes and his 666 beast form is much stronger and faster than Shirou could ever be.

The bottom line is that Shirou would lose, but Archer may stand a good chance if he can spam Broken Phantasms.

Shirou's not the bone of his fucking plane, so no price reduction. And he's a weak-ass magus, so no plane, period.
