My life is basically like that of a stereotypical weaboo NEET, except that I'm also a sailor in the US Navy and so spend most of the day performing maintenance on a nuclear propulsion plant, and go out on 2-3 month long deployments a few times a year.

It truly amazes me how little my free time has changed between this and before, when I was actually a NEET.

What makes NEET life so boring to you guys?

I've been at it for a few years and have always enjoyed it immensely. One of the main reasons I love it so much is becuase I can distance myself from everyone else at my discretion and get lost in my own world. Eventually even the most unexciting or unnecessary of things can become a point for which my life will revolve around for a period of time until I become bored and discover something else to apply myself to.

I've got a handful of events going on in my life at the moment and although none are really exciting or interesting, to me they're my life at the moment because they interest and entertain me. C80 happened recently, right? I'm still waiting for a handful of things to be released from that. I check every day for the things I've been waiting for and when I find them the feeling is going to be great. I've also been craving a chocolate bar for a while now, so in the next week I'm probably going to buy myself a nice one and eat it when the sun starts to go down. School just went back in session and now I feel like I can actually relax and appreciate the desolate feeling of my town if I need to go there for whatever reason. It also means that in a bit the weather will be cooler and I can open my window. I love opening up the window at night and turning on my space heater and seeing the orange glow light up my room. The past few days I've been letting myself sleep in as well. I've always cherished dreams and that last hour or two I spend dreaming while being half-asleep really do seem to yield the best dreams.

I don't know what's so boring to you guys. I enjoy my NEET life because it's time I get to spend alone, and I love being left alone to my thoughts.
