The Ten Desires EX stage survival capture bug would have been as easy for him to find as simply capturing the card.

I also noticed that Ant and Fang do not make an appearance in the special thanks section of TD.

I remember him playing one of Tenshi's stages in Double Spoiler for an interview.

I can only guess he doesn't play them like a maniac. Creating something takes out all enjoyment from actually using it.
