A few things:
1. Shikis don't need the knives to cut shit as long as they have their eyes+body(like fingers, it's just that the story is cooler when they use knives).
2. The concrete box thing was probably meant as like physically put her into concrete(like what happened to han solo). No movement of the body=no cutting lines and stuff. This is ALSO why the magecraft barriers didn't work. I recall her prison was "in" the building in a non-physical space. non-physical means she no longer needs to physically move her body to cut the lines.

1. Arc herself stated before Nrvnqsr's attack to the hotel that under the night under normal circumstances she has no concept of death, in other words she is immortal. This was stated by her.
2. Shiki then states in Ciel's route that under the night Arc is a perfect existance that doesn't have a concept of death.
3. With a mere portion of Arc's power, Roa regenerated after being reduced to the ankles in mere seconds. Arc not only should have much faster regeneration, but since she is connected to the planet, her energy is unlimited, so she will keep regenerating until Gaia runs out of power.
4. Roa, despite having god-tier regeneration skills, still had a concept of death. Arc has lines during the day because she can be destroyed, during the night she doesn't have lines because she can't be destroyed.

The reason why Shiki sees lines on living beings is because those beings can be destroyed. During the night he can't see death on her, so of course she can't be destroyed.

Reality Marbles don't give a fuck if you're physically the same person or not, only that you are spiritually and cognitively the same person. Archer's UBW did not compute with HF Shirou's mindset, so he could not deploy it through Archer's arm.

3. Arc+DA's don't take much if ANY damage from normal weapons (Swords/knives/nukes) so long as they are not powered by qi/magic/holiness. Which is why Arc was surprised when shiki could even dmg her. Like servants.
4. Arc+DA CAN be hurt by magic, magic powered weapons, MEoDP, etc. AKA SUPERNATURAL STUFFS.

The BS about Gil is that he has the parameters REQUIRED to beat ARC.
